401(k) Focus 2016: Past, Present, & Future Best Practices for Avoiding QP Fiduciary Litigation

While it is important for the qualified plan advisor industry to understand the fiduciary regulations set in motion by the passing of the Department of Labor’s Conflict of Interest rule, what may be more important is understanding the historical roots, present case studies, and future outlook that can aid in shaping an advisor’s best practices for operating within an ever-evolving QP industry and avoiding qualified plan fiduciary litigation.  The very best practices for facing these fiduciary changes looming on 2017’s horizon may be found by looking behind us at today and yesterday’s recurring industry patterns and trends.
